Women in their 30's may first start to show signs of aging caused by sun damage, childbirth or just plain gravity. That's why many women in this age group may start considering plastic surgery.

Common procedures for women in their 30’s include:

• Arm lift

• Thigh lift

• Buttock lift

• Tummy Tuck

• Liposuction

• Breast lift or augmentation

Common injectable fillers include:

• Botox

• Restylane

• Juvederm

• Perlane

Women in their 30’s that are good candidates for cosmetic procedures include:

• Those starting to notice and be bothered by fine lines around the eyes and mouth

• Those with sagging breasts or loose skin after pregnancy

• Those with areas of the body they would like to just tighten or lift

• Healthy women who don’t smoke

• Women with reasonable expectations on what surgery can and cannot accomplish

Personally, I'm 30, and I don't think that there are too many 30 year-olds who get arm, buttock or thigh lift. Those are tipical procedures for massive weight loss not an average 30-y-o. Actually according to ASPS the most common procedures for 30-39-y-o patients are:
- Breast Augmentation
- Liposuction
- Nose Surgery
- Tummy Tuck
- Breast Lift

One or more of these procedures can be used by women in their 30's to address "trouble spots" that develop after having a baby, losing weight, or just the normal effects of gravity that affect us all as we age.

Body contouring by the use of two or more cosmetic procedures allows you to remove fat and excess skin in those places that are difficult to address just by diet and exercise alone. It allows you to reshape your body to regain a healthier, more youthful, and pleasing appearance. Body contouring is a good option if you have excess pounds and have excess, flabby skin, or if you just have several areas of your body you would like to tighten or "lift,"

Odd they listed the "lift" procedures first?
