botox

I have been getting botox injections for the past four years and i absolutely love it. At my last appointment Dr. Cruise suggested i not only get it in my forehead but also in the corners around my mouth to turn my frown upside down. I must say he was right! I have had several people comment that i seem so happy lately. Little does anyone know i am still just as happy as before but now i have a smile to go with it. I no longer look so sad all the time. I have found another reason to love botox and would suggest it to anyone who is thinking about getting it!!

I am 34 and had botox this year for first time along brow line to help minimize development of permanent lines. People didn't know why, but I had so many comments that my skin looked great. It lasted about 6 months and now I am ready to go again.

My understanding was that botox could only be used in the upper half of the face. Is that correct?
I love it for the upper half of the face.

Does Botox work well for wrinkles around the mouth? Or is something like Restylane better for that area? I have had Botox used on the frown line on my forehead between my eyes and loved how it smoothed that out. If it would work like that on the lines around my mouth that would be great!

My sister needed to have the same thing done, but she used Restylane instead of botox.

I have very deep frown lines, they seem to be permanant indentations. Will botox smooth these out or will I need some sort of filler? Puzzled
